MarceAnn Dunning, Medaille College, Women's BasketballFebruary 20, 2017Dunning had a career week for Medaille, which included earning her 1,000th career point in a victory over cross-town rival D'Youville College last Wednesday. Dunning needed 19 points heading into the week to reach 1,000 points and she did so in the first half of play, draining a three in the final minute of the first half Wednesday to reach the career milestone. She finished the week averaging 17.5 points, eight rebounds, 6.5 assists and an impressive 5.5 steals per game. The 2-0 week helped propel Medaille into the number two seed heading into next week's AMCC postseason tournament.

Sabrina McLin, La Roche College, Women's BasketballFebruary 13, 2017McLin averaged 24 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 4.5 assists in a 2-0 week. She nearly registered a triple-double with 24 points, 11 rebounds, eight steals and seven assists against Penn State Altoona on Saturday. McLin currently leads the AMCC in scoring with 23.6 points per game.

TiChina Mitchell, La Roche College, Women's BasketballFebruary 06, 2017Mitchell averaged 20 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2 steals and 1.5 blocks as La Roche went 2-0 to clinch their seventh straight AMCC Regular Season Title. Mitchell had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds against Mt. Aloysius. She then had 26 points and nine rebounds as the Redhawks overcame a fifteen point second half deficit to beat Medaille 86-84.

Ali Rinfrette, Pitt-Bradford, Women's BasketballJanuary 30, 2017Rinfrette helped the Panthers to a 2-0 week, averaging 21 points, 11.5 rebounds, six assists and five steals a game. Rinfrette shot 92 percent from the free throw line while her 14 rebounds against Alfred State are tied for the seventh-most in program history for a single game. The 5'6" guard missed her second double-double by one rebound.

Megan Wheeler, Penn State Altoona, Women's BasketballJanuary 23, 2017Wheeler had a huge week for the Lady Lions, helping them go 1-1 in AMCC play. In a tough overtime loss at Pitt-Greensburg on Wednesday night, she scored a career-high 30 points while grabbing 12 rebounds and blocking two shots. In a victory at Hilbert on Saturday afternoon, she put up 24 points to go along with 10 rebounds and another block. For the week, Wheeler averaged a double-double with 27.0 points per game and 11.0 rebounds per game, as well as 1.5 blocks per game and a 57.5% shooting percentage from the field.

Dani Reinwald, Medaille College, Women's BasketballJanuary 16, 2017Reinwald was practically unstoppable last week, averaging 19.5 points and 20 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week for the Mavs. She did all of it while shooting a team best 60% from the field and also blocking a team high six shots. 14 of her 40 rebounds last week came on the offensive glass, and she has recorded a double-double in every single game she has played this season.
