PENN STATE ALTOONA WINS THIRD STRAIGHT AMCC MEN'S GOLF TITLEOctober 10, 2023The Penn State Altoona men's golf team won the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championship for the third consecutive season and eighth time overall on Tuesday, when the Lions finished in first place out of nine teams at the conclusion of the second and final round of the tournament at Indiana Country Club.

Ashton Beighley, Pitt-Greensburg Men's GolfOctober 09, 2023Beighley had his best finish of the season as he placed fourth in the La Roche Invitational. It was the first time he finished as the best scorer for the Bobcats. This continued the streak of top five finishes for Pitt-Greensburg, as they have not finished lower than that all season.

Cyrus Parvizi, Pitt-Greensburg, Men's GolfOctober 02, 2023Parvizi earned his first collegiate victory in the Saint Vincent Invitational at Latrobe Country Club by shooting a 75. Parvizi was able to navigate the narrow fairways and lead the Bobcats to a second place team finish behind host Saint Vincent.

Mike Petrus, Hilbert College, Men's GolfSeptember 25, 2023Petrus shot 79 to finish T3 in the field while helping to lead the Hawks to another tournament win, as Hilbert was the top finisher out of 10 teams. Petrus leads the Hawks this season with an 81.4 match average.

Peter Nusbaum, Penn State Altoona, Men's GolfSeptember 18, 2023Nusbaum carded 143 in two rounds last week in The Gauntlet, shooting 75 before a 68 on Monday which represented a collegiate career best and was also tied for the second-lowest score in a round in team history. In the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic this past weekend, Nusbaum combined to shoot 147 across two days, firing a 74 and 73 to take third place individually.

Jack DiTrani, Penn State Altoona, Men's GolfSeptember 05, 2023DiTrani shot 73 in Saturday's Pitt-Bradford Invitational to win the individual title and also help Penn State Altoona to a first-place finish as a team.
