All institution sport teams which compete for an AMCC championship may select one member from their team who displays good sportsmanship throughout the season to be a member of the All-AMCC Sportsmanship Team.

Penn State Behrend once again started off the year with several AMCC championships and is in the lead for the Presidents Cup title after the fall sport season.

PITT-BRADFORD'S IGNACZAK EARNS PLAYER OF THE YEAR HONORS FOR MEN'S GOLF

Pitt-Bradford junior Cary Ignaczak has been named the 2019 AMCC Men's Golfer of the Year. Ignaczak led the AMCC in scoring average, 75.0, on his way to picking up four tournament wins. In the AMCC Championships, he shot a final round 73 to lock up the individual medal, as well as the team victory for the Panthers.

Ignaczak was the low scorer at the AMCC championship to lead the Panthers to back-to-back conference titles this past weekend. He opened play with a 6-over 77 and then sealed the individual and team victory with a 1-over 73 in the final round. He shot 2 under par on the back 9.

Pitt-Bradford shot a 321 on day two of the AMCC Championship for a two-day score of 641, and earned themselves their second consecutive AMCC men's golf championship. This is the Panthers' fourth overall title in program history. Panther junior Cary Ignaczak was the individual medalist after shooting a 77-73-150.

Defending champion Pitt-Bradford battled Penn St. Behrend for the top spot at the AMCC tournament at Avalon Lake Golf and Country Club.

AMCC men's golfers will tee off this Sunday, October 13 at the Avalon Lakes Golf and Country Club in Warren, OH to determine the 2019 AMCC men's golf champion.

Cordova picked up the winners medal at the James Bowen Invitational this weekend. He fired a 75 which was tied for the low score and then went on to win a playoff to get top individual honors.

Pol led the Behrend men's golf team to a first-place finish at the Oswego State Fall Invitational over the weekend. He started tied for sixth after day one with a 75 and came back to finish par for the course (72) on the final day to get a 147 total and the individual medalist title.

Ignaczak guided the Panthers to the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic championship. He captured the two-day individual medal as the top competitor for the weekend, as he shot a 73 on Day 1 at Penn St. Altoona, followed by a 75 on Day 2 at Mount Aloysius.

Moonan led all Panthers and all AMCC golfers with a score of 75, leading the Panthers to a second-place finish. Pitt-Bradford's placement was seven strokes better than the next best AMCC finisher, Penn State-Behrend, which shot a 314.

Peters carded a season-low 73 to tie for third on day one of the Guy and Jeanne Kuhn Invitational hosted by Allegheny on Sunday.

Ignaczak finished first in at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational with a score of 70, two strokes better than the next-best finisher. He paced the Panther team that shot a 299, the lowest round in program history. Pitt-Bradford's score was 12 strokes better than the second-place team.
