GOLFER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford JR Cary Iganczak guided the Panthers to the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic championship. He captured the two-day individual medal as the top competitor for the weekend, as he shot a 73 on Day 1 at Penn St. Altoona, followed by a 75 on Day 2 at Mount Aloysius.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SO Ethan Yohe had a great week for the Lions, as he fired a season-low 76 at the Penn State Altoona Invitational, followed by a 77 at the Mount Aloysius Invitational to come in sixth place out of 60 golfers; in the two-day Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic, Ethan's combined score of 153 put him in second place individually among the field of golfers who competed in both days...La Roche SR David Wilson shot his best mark (78) on the season at the Penn St. Altoona Invite, rewarding him his best individual finish so far (8th) in 2019, as his combined score of 159 strokes over the weekend is the best he has shot in the course of any two invites this year...Medaille JR Chris McCullagh was a key piece for the Mavs this weekend as they took part in two tournaments in Pennsylvania, as he averaged 82 this week and came out tied for 13th on Saturday...Hilbert JR Joe Rappold carded his season-low 81 at the Summit Country Club at Mt. Aloysius Invite.
