JIM LaBUDA NAMED MEDAILLE HEAD GOLF COACH

Medaille College has announced the hiring of a new men's golf head coach.

Jim LaBuda has been named the fourth head coach of the Medaille Golf Team.

LaBuda comes to Medaille as the current head coach of the Niagara University Women's Golf team while also carrying an extensive background in the golf community.

LaBuda is certified in the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF) as a teaching professional, psychology coach and fitness coach. In 2017 and 2018, LaBuda's efforts in the golf community earned him a spot on the World Golf Teachers Federation Top 100 list.

In his first year as head coach at Niagara, LaBuda coached the Purple Eagles to their best conference finish in program history.

LaBuda attended Canisius College where he was a member of the golf team and received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
