RUNNER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend JR Savanna Carr won her second AMCC Individual Championship on Saturday with a time of 22:10.4. Carr's time beats the all-time AMCC Championship record which was set by Catie Bertges from Behrend in 2013 (22:34).

 

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan SO Alison Bryant posted her second best time of the year this Saturday at the AMCC Championship, crossing the finish line in 23:20.2 and helping the Lady Barons claim second place as a team...La Roche FR Cara Rodgers was the Redhawks' top individual finisher at the AMCC Championship placing 29th overall with a time of 28:34.4, as she was also La Roche's top runner in all seven invitationals this season.
