Rachel Luczak, D'Youville College, Women's Cross Country
Luczak had an outstanding weekend for the Spartans, helping lead the team to a first place finish at the Meghan Memorial. Luczak finished first overall, crossing the finish line over a minute better than the next runner. In addition to her first place finish, the Spartans as a whole finished first overall with a team score of 28 - 15 points better than the second place team. In the last four races, Luczak has been the top runner for the women and has been one of the top runners for the women throughout her career as a Spartan.

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend SR Riley Crissman was the top finisher for Behrend this week placing 44th out of 233 runners in the women's silver race at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic. This event consisted of runners from NCAA Division I, II, and III along with NAIA and NJCAA schools, as she crossed the 6K finish line in 21:56.4...La Roche FR Cara Rodgers ran her best time of the season and was the Redhawks top finisher this past Saturday at Mercyhurst University's "A Race in the Park". Rodgers ran a 25:54.1 and placed 68th overall.
