SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona FR Grace Dangelo notched two more individual first place finishes for the Lady Lions in a tri-meet with non-conference opponent Juniata and Division II foe California University of PA on Friday evening. The freshman won the 200 SC Meter Freestyle with a time of 2:15.93, and she later took first in the 100 SC Meter Backstroke by clocking in at 1:10.32.

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan SO Colleen Farabaugh continued her strong season with another strong day. She swam to a first place finish in the 1650 meters with a time of 19:17.34. She anchored a second place finish of the 200 yard medley relay by swimming a 26.91 last leg. She also anchored a tight second place finish in the 200 yard freestyle relay which had a final time of 1:52.10...SUNY Delhi FR Kaitlyn Quezada led the women with two wins, the first in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 59.19, followed by the 50-yard butterfly at 28.89. She also took second in the 50-yard breaststroke at 35.76.
