PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford F Courtney Shade put together a huge week offensively, scoring four goals against Hilbert and another on a PK against La Roche. Her terrific offensive week was crucial in the Panthers' 2-0 week in AMCC contests. She also assisted one goal in each game. Her four goal performance was the program's most in a single game since Melissa Smith scored the same amount on Oct. 28, 2014. Shade's seven goals scored in AMCC action rank second in the conference.

 

 

BEST OF THE REST:

PS-Altoona M Kierra Irwin had a great week for the Lady Lions in an 1-0-1 week against AMCC competition. In Wednesday night's 1-1 tie with first place Mount Aloysius, Kierra scored a goal while taking six shots, including one shot on goal. In Sunday's 1-0 victory over Medaille, Kierra scored another goal while totaling three shots, with one shot on goal. For the week, she had two goals for a total of four points, nine total shots, and two shots on goal.  D'Youville M Margret Leeds assisted on the game-winning goal on Saturday and scored a goal of her own in the 2-0 victory over Pitt.-Greensburg, as she recorded the first goal and assist of her young career...Mount Aloysius F Cheyenne Kuncher scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 victory over Hilbert as the Mounties moved to 4-0-1 overall in conference play...PS-Behrend F Emily Indof had three points in a 3-0 win against Franciscan, as she scored and added an assist to bring her season total to nine goals and four assists...Franciscan M Elizabeth Dawyot handed out a pair of assists last week in the Lady Barons 3-0 win over La Roche...La Roche F Alondra Gonzalez scored a goal at Pitt-Bradford on Friday and followed that up with another goal at Alfred State on Saturday afternoon.
