PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Medaille OH Brazil Thompson had a very good all-around week for the Mavericks, as Medaille played five total matches in a span of just three days. In those five matches Thompson spiked a team high 47 kills, averaging a team best 2.76 kills per set. He was just as sound defensively, earning 19 digs and five total blocks, three of which were solo blocks. 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona OH Brian Sheddy recorded 23 kills (2.88 kills per set), 20 digs (2.50 digs per set), two aces (0.25 aces per set), and two blocks (0.25 blocks per set), as he posted 27.0 points for an average of 3.4 points per set...D'Youville MB Ali Khadra recorded eight kills with four blocks and three service aces against Keuka on Saturday, and then followed up that performance with 10 kills, six blocks, two digs, and a service ace in the team's 3-2 win over Medaille Sunday afternoon.
