ALFRED STATE ANNOUNCES VINCE CORREA AS NEXT HEAD MEN'S SOCCER COACH
The Alfred State College Athletics Department announces Vince Correa as the new Men’s Soccer Head Coach. Correa will become the program’s third Head Coach in the NCAA Era.

Correa will join the Alfred State coaching staff after spending the past two years (2023-2024) as an assistant coach at SUNY Brockport. While at Brockport, Correa implemented exercise programs and training strategies, and helped lead their recruiting efforts. He earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors, and helped lead the team to back-to-back conference final four finishes.

Prior to his last stint at Brockport, Correa was the head coach at Finger Lakes Community College. In 2021, he was named MSAC Coach of the Year, after rebuilding the team to an 11-9 record in his second year and a 12-5 record in his third year. Both years he led the team to playoff berths.
Correa graduated in May 2013 with a Bachelors Degree from SUNY Brockport, where he started his college coaching career as an assistant from 2011-2016.
