PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Penn St. Behrend SR Sean Sculley opened the season with a first-place finish at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational on Saturday, shooting a low score of 74. The senior won the playoff on the second hold to break a three-way tie with Javon Trout (Pitt-Greensburg) and Ben Mullins (La Roche) for first to pick up individual-medalist honors.

BEST OF THE REST: In his first collegiate golf outing, Penn St. Altoona FR Luke Hoffnagle shot 78 on the par 72 course to lead Penn State Altoona and tie for ninth place individually out of 93 golfers at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational…Pitt-Bradford FR Cary Ignaczak earned the best finish for the Panthers in the team's host tournament, finishing with a 77 in his first collegiate action…La Roche SR Ben Mullins shot a 2-over par 74 at UPB to tie for first place, and lead the Redhawks to a second place team finish...Medaille SR Corey Donoghue fired a career best 76 en route to a sixth place finish at the Pitt-Bradford Invitational.
