In the triple-OT win at Hilbert, he scored 39 points and recorded a double-double, gathering 10 rebounds. He scored the last eight points in the second overtime, including the game-tying three in the 2nd overtime and then followed that up with 13 in the third.
BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert G Shaheem Ellis averaged 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 9.0 assists per game in two highly competitive conference matchups, including 26 points, 11 assists, and six rebounds in the triple overtime loss to Pitt-Bradford, he followed up with another strong performance at La Roche, finishing with 23 points, seven assists, and six rebounds...Carlow G/F Riley Comforti averaged 21 points and 11.5 rebounds per game in AMCC action last week, including giving league-leading Pitt Bradford a run for its money with a double-double 24 points and a game-high 15 boards, going 10-for-12 from the field on the day...Mount Aloysius F De'Von Haggans averaged 18.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game for the Mounties last week, as his team would go 1-1 in AMCC play, he also scored his 1,000th career point for the Mounties against Penn State Altoona on Wednesday...PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo averaged 24.5 points and 6.0 rebounds on 57.1 percent shooting from the field in two games last week, recording 29 points and nine rebounds against Altoona and has moved into second on the program's all-time scoring list with 1,749 career points, he also added a game-high 20 points on 7-for-11 shooting from the field at La Roche on Wednesday...PS-Altoona G Kaden Claar was the Lions' leading scorer in a 2-0 week of AMCC play, as he scored 20 points, grabbed four rebounds, nabbed two steals, and dished out one assist in Wednesday night's home win over rival Mount Aloysius, he followed that up with a team-best 19 points while securing five rebounds in Saturday afternoon's road win at Penn State Behrend...Pitt-Greensburg G/F Matthew Marinchak scored 14 points and grabbed ten rebounds in the Bobcats' win against Carlow last week, with his final bucket of the game, he became the 16th Bobcat men's basketball player to reach the 1,000-point milestone....La Roche G Joe Starzynski had another strong week for La Roche, helping the Redhawks move to 2-0 on the week, as he returned after a two-game absence to score nine points in fewer minutes than he normally plays in Wednesday's victory over Penn State Behrend, he then responded in Saturday's win against Hilbert, becoming the 17th player in program history to reach the 1,000 point mark, scoring 24 points on 8-for-12 shooting from the field and 3-for-6 from deep, while earning a double-double with 10 rebounds...Alfred State G Michael Miller led the Pioneers with 22 points on 47.6 percent shooting from the field, while also adding seven assists, five rebounds, four steals, and two blocks.
