Pitt-Bradford is the 2025 AMCC men's basketball champion, their first title in 20 years and third in program history.
The Panthers (23-3) clawed out a 92-90 victory over Penn State Altoona (18-10) in a nail biter at Bradford's KOA Arena.
With the victory comes the AMCC's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III tournament.
The Panthers were paced by guard Jesse Laster who dropped 20 points and added 4 steals. Four other teammates were in double figures, included Jamarion Butler (16), Braylen Salters (12), Rodd Yarbrough (12) and Keshon Kittrell (11). Laster and Butler earned all-tournament team honors as well.
The Lions, who led by a point at the half, got standout performances from Dwayne Jones (24 points, 11 rebounds), Kaden Claar (21 points), Nehemiah Frye (19 points, 10 rebounds) and Kal-El Gentles (10 points, 10 rebounds). Jones and Frye were named to the all-tournament team.
