PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford INF Tyler Hoops hit .533 in four games with a double, a triple, two home runs and nine RBIs. He scored 11 runs and had a 6/3 walk-to-strikeout ratio. In a 5-0 victory over Medaille, Hoops accounted for three of the team's five runs, helping the Panthers secure a postseason berth in their final game of the season. The freshman connected for his first career home run in the team's 18-3 victory over Penn State Altoona in the opening round of the AMCC tournament. Then, in game two against Altoona, he swatted his second homer of the day, a three-run shot. On the season, Hoops hit .382 with two home runs, 20 RBI, 42 runs scored and five stolen bases as a freshman.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona OF Chase Clouser had a big day in Sunday's first two games of the AMCC Tournament against Pitt-Bradford, as he went 2-for-3 with an RBI in game one, and then followed that up with a 3-for-4 performance with a home run, a double, two RBI, and three runs scored to help the Lions grab the win and force a third game of the series...Hilbert C Ryan Bonafede capped off his remarkable season with a 3-for-4 performance on senior day against Kueka where he finished with a double, walk, run scored and RBI and finishes his career with an AMCC-best .476 BA and .550 OBP...D'Youville INF Josh Hammer went 4-for-5 in game one against Alfred State, adding two runs and two RBI, and followed that up in game two by going 3-for-3 with two runs scored.
