PITT-BRADFORD SOFTBALL HOLDS CARE FOR CHILDREN CLINIC

PITT-BRADFORD SOFTBALL HOLDS CARE FOR CHILDREN CLINIC

The Pitt-Bradford softball team paired with local youth organization CARE for Children for their annual clinic on Thursday evening.

"It's always a great night with the CARE for Children family," said head coach Tina Phillips. "It's a date we circle on our calendar and something the team and I love doing."

CARE for Children is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of children of all abilities. Some services the organizations offer include Early Intervention, Early Learning, School-Based Therapy and Child Safety & Injury Prevention. This is the fifth time the Panther softball program has hosted this clinic.

Pitt-Bradford softball players and coaches worked with attendees in individual drills to improve their throwing, catching, and hitting. At the end of the event, they used those skills in a game.

"Having fun with these children and seeing all the smiles on everyone's faces is so fulfilling for us and why we continue to host this awesome event"
