RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State SR Hailey Kumpf recorded the top time in the AMCC this season at the SUNY Geneseo/Mike Woods Invitational, as she crossed the 6k finish line in 24:22.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend JR Lindsey Hartle placed 89th out of 212 runners for a top finish for the Lions at Gettysburg, delivering a time of 25:04.5...Carlow JR Ella Cloak led the Celtics with a first place finish of 23:08.8 at the La Roche Invitational 5k, it was Cloak's and Carlow's second first place individual and team finish this season.
