BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State JR Katie Watkins was the top ASC finisher at the SUNY Geneseo-Mike Woods Invitational. She averaged 7:35 per mile on the course that the NCAA Regionals will be held...Medaille JR Erin Hardick completed the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the 6K finish line in 27:10...Hilbert FR Avery Cusack's 29:29.2 finish at the Mike Woods Invite was done in a very competitive field of 321 runners.
