PITT-GREENSBURG GOES BACK TO BACK WITH WOMEN'S TENNIS TITLES
Pitt-Greensburg made a clean sweep of their championship match with Penn State Behrend to successfully defend their women's tennis crown.
Pitt-Greensburg made a clean sweep of their championship match with Penn State Behrend to successfully defend their women's tennis crown.
Players with double victories in the match included the Bobcats' Eden Richey and Amber Sterrett. Richey picked up the 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles with partner Emily Ruhlman before grabbing the 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 2 singles. Sterrett earned an 8-1 victory with partner Abby Rosman at No. 2 doubles, while also getting a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 singles.
UPG also got a win at No. 3 doubles from Isabella Lane and Cathryn Rossi. 
 With the win, the Bobcats extended their undefeated streak in conference regular and post-season play to 15 matches.
 As AMCC champions, Pitt-Greensburg earned the right to represent the conference at the NCAA Div. III tournament in May.
