Hornikel was stellar in net for La Roche this past week, going 2-0-0 as the Redhawks move into playoff contention with those two victories. In Tuesday's 5-0 victory over Carlow, Hornikel picked up her second clean sheet of the season, making both saves that came her way across 45 minutes in net. In Saturday's 1-0 blanking of Alfred State, Hornikel earned her third and second consecutive clean sheet, playing all 90 minutes and stopping all five shots that came her way.
