Tiffany Michalek, Pitt-Greensburg, Women's Soccer - Offensive
Michalek scored in both of Pitt-Greensburg's games this past week, as she found the back of the net in the 79th minute in the season-opening victory against St. Vincent and followed with the first goal in the 30th minute to put Pitt-Greensburg up 1-0 against Wisconsin-Platteville. In the two games over the opening weekend of her sophomore season, Michalek was very efficient with her shots, totaling nine shots, seven of which she put on goal.

BEST OF THE REST: D'Youville F Aussie Mariacher had a big start to her Spartan career this past weekend, helping the team earn a Spartan Classic Championship, as she scored a pair of goals and added an assist in the 7-0 win over Bethany and was named to the All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the two games...Franciscan JR F Kaitrin O'Leary led the Lady Barons to a 3-0 win over Thiel in both team's season opener, scoring the first goal of the game just four minutes into action and added a second goal with less than eight minutes to play in regulation..Pitt-Bradford JR F Taylor Sutryk scored the game-winning goal Saturday to lift the Panthers to a 2-1 victory at Cazenovia, the first of the season...Mt. Aloysius D Summer Schell scored her team's only goal in their 2-1 loss to Stevenson on a long free kick; as a defender, it was her only shot of the game and made up for the only offense from the team...La Roche M Kaylyn Cannon recorded a shot on goal in a loss to Geneva on Saturday..Hilbert M Macy Kisner tallied both Hilbert goals in the Hawks' season opener on the road at Cazenovia, as her effort kept Hilbert close by intermission (3-2).
