November 08, 2015Troyan tallied two wins this week in goal, making 13 total saves including seven in the AMCC Championship game on Saturday. One of those saves was on a penalty kick in the second half against Pitt-Bradford. Troyan's other win in the semifinals marked her third shutout. -
Olivia Belack, Offensive Player of the Week, Penn St. Behrend
November 08, 2015Belack scored three goals and had one assist, netting the game winner for the second straight year in overtime to lift Behrend over Pitt-Bradford for the AMCC Championship. She scored the first goal and then put the Lions ahead for the first time with her second tally, before recording the game winner with two minutes left in the first overtime. -

Megan Dulniak, Defensive Player of the Week, D'Youville College
November 02, 2015Dulniak recorded her 5th shutout of the season on Saturday in the team's defeat over the La Roche Redhawks in their first game of the AMCC Playoffs. Dulniak reclaimed her lead atop the AMCC in goals against average (1.16) and is second in the conference in shutouts (5) and tied for second in wins (9). Megan went 2-0 this week with the team also defeating Medaille 3-2 OT on Tuesday. -
Shoshana Mahoney, Offensive Player of the Week, Penn St. Altoona
November 02, 2015Mahoney helped lead the Lady Lions' attack in a 2-0 week of AMCC play. In a 2-0 win over Mount Aloysius last Tuesday that secured an AMCC Tournament berth for her team, the sophomore scored the game-winning goal while finishing with three shots, including two shots on goal. She followed that up by scoring another goal to help her team upset Pitt-Greensburg in the first round of the playoffs, finishing the day with five total shots and three on target. For the week, she had two goals, eight shots, and five shots on goal. -
PITT-BRADFORD WOMEN LOOKING TO MAKE PROGRAM HISTORY
October 28, 2015The Pitt-Bradford women's soccer team hosted the AMCC championships last year, but fell short in the title game. This year, they are hoping for a different outcome and are looking for the first women's soccer championship in program history. -
Shannon Edwards, Defensive Player of the Week, Pitt-Greensburg
October 25, 2015Edwards held the AMCC's #1 ranked team scoreless for 90 mins, making four saves in a 1-0 shutout victory over previously undefeated Pitt-Bradford. Edwards also recorded 10 saves including a stopped penalty kick in a 1-1 2OT tie at Franciscan, helping the Bobcats to a 1-0-1 record on the week. The victory locked up the #3 seed and a home playoff game for the Bobcats, who missed the AMCC playoffs a season ago. -
Vanessa Ceravolo, Offensive Player of the Week, La Roche College
October 25, 2015Ceravolo finished with four goals and an assist in two conference road wins last week. She registered her third hat trick of the season in a 3-2 win over Penn State Altoona and a goal and an assist in a 3-2 OT win over Medaille. Ceravolo currently leads the conference with 16 goals on the year. -

Shannon Edwards, Defensive Player of the Week, Pitt-Greensburg
October 18, 2015Pitt-Greensburg GK Shannon Edwards was tremendous in goal for the Bobcats, helping them to a 1-0-1 week in the AMCC. She recorded 11 saves in a 1-1 tie against Penn St. Altoona, followed by a standout 7 save shutout in a 1-0 victory over the AMCC's leading goal-scoring team Penn State Behrend. The victory over Behrend was a first for UPG since 2002 while also clinching a playoff spot in this year's AMCC playoffs. -
Kayleen Schwegler, Offensive Player of the Week, Pitt-Greensburg
October 18, 2015Schwegler Scored both Pitt-Greensburg goals in a 1-0-1 week for the Bobcats including a game-winner in a 1-0 victory over Penn State Behrend in the AMCC Game of the Week. Schwegler's 13 goals lead the AMCC and her GW goal helped the Bobcats clinch a playoff berth while defeating Behrend for the first time since 2002. -

Sarah Dailey, Defensive Player of the Week, Pitt-Bradford
October 11, 2015Dailey continued her outstanding play, leading the Pitt-Bradford women's soccer team to a 2-0 week. She posted nine saves on the week, including six saves in a 2-1 victory over previously unbeaten Penn State Behrend in the AMCC women's soccer Game of the Week. Dailey leads the AMCC with a .824 save percentage and is second with a 1.45 goals against average.
