    Mount Aloysius College has been selected by league coaches to finish at the top of conference standings in 2025. La Roche University is expected to finish second, with Alfred State College and Hilbert College in a deadlock for the final two spots.  
La Roche senior A/M Jade Fuccaro has been named the Preseason Offensive Player of the Year, while Redhawk sophomore A/M Kiki Nemcek has been tabbed the Preseason Defensive Player of the Year.
Fuccaro put together one of the best single seasons in La Roche's young program history in 2024. Fuccaro ended the season with a program single season record 32 goals, placing her sixth in the AMCC, while also picking up four assists and having a shot on goal percentage of 78.7%. Beyond the offensive numbers, Fuccaro scooped up 16 ground balls, caused six turnovers and also reeled in six draw controls.
Nemcek was an all-around threat for the Redhawks in 2024, as the freshman was noticeable all over the field. On the offensive end, Nemcek scored 17 goals and added a pair of assists, while also shooting 81% on net. Defensively, Nemcek scooped up 38 ground balls, placing her sixth in the AMCC, earned 34 draw controls which was a team high and fifth most in the AMCC. Furthermore, Nemcek caused 28 turnovers, not only a team high, but the second most in the AMCC and she ranked top 65 in the country in caused turnovers per game.
The AMCC tournament kicks off on Tuesday, April 29 and will conclude with the conference championship game on Saturday, May 3. All games throughout the tournament will be played at the site of the higher seed.
