DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Hilbert L Michael Pozzuto helped bring together the Hawks defense last week with astounding plays on and off the stat sheet. Pozzuto earned 44 digs (3.38 digs per set), recieved 85 receptions at .953, and added five assists.

BEST OF THE REST: Geneva MB Carter Milroy led Geneva defensively last week with 12 blocks (0.86 b/s) to go with 25 digs (1.79 d/s), while also adding 37 kills (2.64 k/s) and seven aces (.50 sa/s)...Thiel S Ben Lowell helped the Tomcats go 2-2 last week with 90 assists, 20 digs, four kills and three blocks, as he recorded a career-high 30 assists Wednesday against Mount Union...PS-Altoona S Xavier Vang helped solidify the Lions' defense in road wins over St. Vincent and Mount Aloysius in a tri-match on Sunday, totaling 22 digs for an average of 2.75 digs per set...Carlow L Logan Alexander recorded 19 digs in Carlow's 3-0 sweep of Bethany on the road last week...PS-Behrend OH Kyle Hoffman had his first collegiate double-double with a team-best 12 digs to go with 10 kills in the four-set win over Geneva, while also adding two aces and one assist.
