Fowkes was the lone winner vs. Gannon, touching first in the 100 backstroke (54.27) and then setting three meters team records vs. Nazareth on Saturday. Fowkes set the record by winning the 100 backstroke (1:00.26), 200 backstroke (2:14.84) and swimming in the winning and record breaking 200 medley relay (1:50.16).

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SO Adam Marawan helped lead the Lions to a 3-0 weekend of non-conference play, as Penn State Altoona hit the road to defeat Lebanon Valley on Friday night and Elizabethtown and Juniata on Saturday afternoon. On Friday, Adam had individual first-place finishes in the 100 Meter Freestyle (55.55) and the 100 Meter Breaststroke (1:11.83) and was also part of his team's first-place finish in the 200 Meter Medley Relay, he then recorded two more individual wins on Saturday, taking first place in the 200 Yard Freestyle (1:49.94) and 100 Yard Freestyle (49.22). He also helped the Lions that day to a first-place finish in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, where the group had a total time of 1:31.89, and a second-place finish in the 200 Yard Medley Relay, where that foursome compiled a time of 1:41.98...Pitt-Bradford SO Duncan Young had an outstanding performance for the Panthers as they fell to W & J 125-141 on Saturday. Young won two events and took second in a photo finish in another individual event. Duncan started with a win in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing in 1:53.24, and then took the 500-yard freestyle in 5:17.97. His runner-up finish came in the 100-yard freestyle, where he finished in 51.77 seconds, just .02 seconds behind the winner. He closed the event by swimming in the Panthers' 2nd place 200-yard freestyle relay team...Alfred State SR Stuart Yates notched two second place finishes, the first was in the 100 breast with a time of 1:01.06. Yates then swam a 2:23.23 in the 200 breast for second.
