AMCC ANNOUNCES SPRING SPORTSMANSHIP TEAMS

All institution sport teams which compete for an AMCC championship may select one member from their team who displays good sportsmanship throughout the season to be a member of the All-AMCC Sportsmanship Team.

AMCC ANNOUNCES MEN'S LACROSSE ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM AND POSTSEASON AWARDS

Hilbert College senior A Jimmy Duffy has been named the 2019 AMCC Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Year.

Ryan was incredible between the pipes in the final two games of his career. He racked up 41 saves on the week, including a career-best 22 in a stellar performance in the Hawks' 9-6 victory in their season finale. He stopped 78.6% of his shots in the victory. He also set the single season saves and saves per game records in Hilbert history in that game as well.

Duffy put the team on his back in a 9-6 win in the final game of his career, as he had three goals and two assists against SUNY Cobleskill. He also netted a hat trick against Keuka College earlier in the week.

HILBERT NAMED AMCC MEN'S LACROSSE CHAMPION

The Hilbert College men's lacrosse team defeated Alfred State College to earn the perfect 3-0 record in AMCC play on their way to being named the 2019 AMCC Men's Lacrosse Champion.

Baker was outstanding in net for the Mavericks last week, making 11 saves in Medaille's 12-7 victory over SUNY Cobleskill. Many of Baker's saves were point blank, and he was a big reason behind the Mavs first NEAC win in four seasons.

Spath was tremendous at both ends of the field, as he led the Hawks to a victory over Alfred State and a perfect 3-0 record against AMCC teams on their way to being named AMCC Champions. Spath recorded a pair of hat tricks on only seven shots in two games.

Duffy In a 1-1 week for the Hawks, Duffy netted four goals and assisted on seven others finishing with 11 points.

Werner had a career day in the Hawks win over Wells College as he finished with nine points which included a career-best seven assists. In a 1-1 week for Hilbert, he netted three goals and dished out nine assists for 12 points.

McDanel scored a career-high seven goals to go along with 13 faceoff wins and 12 ground balls on Saturday at Medaille.

Cobb earned a pair of victories in net. He made 12 saves and had a save percentage of 60% in a win over Medaille. He also made eight saves and had a 66.7% save percentage in a win over Franciscan.

Johnson registered 15 points in a pair of victories this week for the Pioneers. He scored five goals and passed out three assists in a win over Medaille and then scored twice and passed out five helpers in a victory over Franciscan.

Maloney was dominant at the faceoff X which was a huge contributor to the Hawks non-conference road win at Elmira. On the night he was (17 of 22) on draws for an impressive 77.3% faceoff percentage.

Burkhouse scored seven goals, dished out six assists, and picked up 17 ground balls over four games last week.

Aiello forced six turnovers and picked up four ground balls in a 1-1 week.
