McNamara was instrumental in both wins for the Mavericks this week. He picked up the save against Houghton on Thursday, striking out two to close the door. He then picked up the win in relief against La Roche College, coming in with the go-ahead run in scoring position in the tenth inning and one out. He induced two groundballs, preserving the tie and opening the door for the Mavericks to win the game with a walk-off in the bottom of the tenth inning. McNamara has a 2.70 ERA on the season and leads the AMCC with two saves.

Aloysius 7-0...Pitt-Bradford JR Bobby Sorokas opened conference play for the Panthers throwing a complete game win over Hilbert, surrendering only six hits and two runs in the win for the Panthers...PS-Altoona SR Nate Bennett picked up the win in his team's 3-2 walkoff victory over AMCC opponent Pitt-Greensburg last Thursday, pitching two innings of relief and allowing just one hit and recording one strikeout...Pitt-Greensburg SR Cory Deighan gave the Panthers a solid start on the mound in a no decision against Penn State Altoona, going six innings and allowing just two runs on four hits while striking out seven...Mt. Aloysius SO Rodney Patterson threw four innings in relief against La Roche, giving up four hits and striking out three.
