
Penn State Behrend, winners of five fall AMCC Championships, have started the year out with a commanding lead in the 2016-17 Presidents Cup standings. The Lions picked up conference titles in men's golf, men's and women's cross country, and men's and women's soccer. Behrend collected 57.25 points out of a possible 64 total, for a league-high ranking of 0.895.
Franciscan University, which claimed the women's tennis championship this fall, sits in second place with a 0.718 ranking. Penn State Altoona completed solid seasons in golf, men's soccer, women's volleyball, and women's tennis to round out the top three with a 0.672.
