PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State C Cody Schneider led the Pioneers to two wins last week, and the top spot in conference standings, as he averaged 29 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 7.0 assists per game, while shooting 61.8 percent from the field. Schneider opened the week with a 22 point game against Bradford while dishing out eight assists and grabbing six rebounds. He followed with a career-high 36 point game against Carlow. Against the Celtics, he grabbed 13 rebounds, and added six assists, three steals, and two blocks.

BEST OF THE REST: Carlow G Byron Gaskins continues to lead the Celtics on offense, as he averaged 23 points per game last week in two AMCC matchups, while also adding 6.0 rebounds, 4.5 steals, and 3.5 assists per game...PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo led all scorers this past Wednesday at Hilbert, as he tallied 23 points to go along with four rebounds, two steals, and two blocks in a Lions 71-55 win...La Roche G Bryce Epps was instrumental in La Roche's 2-0 week to extend its win streak to four in AMCC play, as he scored 19 points behind four threes, to go alongside four rebounds, five assists and a pair of steals in a win over UPG, then followed that up with 20 points behind another four threes, while corralling six rebounds and three more assists against Altoona...Pitt-Greensburg F Trent Rozich averaged 14 points, 5.5 assists and 7.5 rebounds over two games, as he shot 45 percent from the floor...PS-Altoona G Justin Sheetz was the Lions' leading scorer in a 1-1 week of AMCC play for his team, as he put up a career-high 30 points to go along with five rebounds, three assists, and two steals in an OT win over Carlow, averaging 16.5 points per game, 3.5 rebounds per game, 1.5 assists per game, and 1.5 steals per game on the week...Hilbert F Jahmel Demery shot 70% from the field (7-for-10) while making 3-of-4 from the foul line, tossing in 17 points in an 0-1 week for the Hawks.
