Liam Galligan, Franciscan University, Men's Cross CountryOctober 16, 2017Galligan recorded his second-fastest time of the season and was the top AMCC runner at the Inter-Regional Rumble, hosted by Oberlin College, by five seconds. Galligan crossed the 8K finish line in 26:04.2, coming in 24th place out of 265 racers.

Dylan Buffington, Penn St. Behrend, Men's Cross CountryOctober 02, 2017Buffington led Behrend with a total time of 25:37.7 earning him a 15th place finish out of 238 racers. He helped the Lions place sixth overall at the Mike Woods Geneseo Cross Country Invitational.

Adam Connelly, Hilbert College, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 25, 2017Connelly completed the Roberts Wesleyan Harry F. Anderson Invitational 8K in 32:47, helping his team to a 12th place finish and the highest amongst AMCC teams. Connelly further lowered his PR from last week in his first collegiate race and has consistently been a teammate to rely on during workouts and races. He leads by example without any direction needed. Adam's time is an indication of the time and effort he has put in to improve himself this season.

Zach Wortman, Penn State Behrend, Men's Cross CountrySeptember 18, 2017Wortman led the charge for the Lions, finishing the race with a time of 26:27.2. In his second career race, the freshman finished first for Behrend, helping the Lions win their home invitational with a score of 37. Wortman came in second place out of 146 runners.
