HILBERT MEN, D'YOUVILLE WOMEN LEAD AMCC TEAMS AT ROBERTS WESLEYAN INVITATIONAL

D'Youville College, Hilbert College, and Medaille College all traveled to Roberts Wesleyan College Saturday morning for the annual Harry F. Anderson Invitational. The Hilbert men's squad finished in 12th place, the highest placing AMCC team, while D'Youville led the AMCC women's teams with a 13th place finish.

Hilbert junior Megan Lee made a 46th overall place finish, which positioned her in the top quarter of the field, as she was the first AMCC women's runner to cross the finish line. D'Youville freshman Rachel Luczak led the Spartans with a 53rd place finish in 21:02.8, and Medaille freshman Samantha Burlow led the Mavs by finishing in 21:51.0 and 68th place.

On the men's side, Hilbert junior Adam Droz crossed in 62nd place overall out of 183 runners, while freshman Breandan Mantz finished right behind him in 63rd place after crossing the line in 30:30.9.

D'Youville freshman David Oswald finished first for the Spartans, as he came in 78th place in 31:50.3. Medaille sophomore Antonio Cisternino led the Mavs with a 107th place finish in 35:27.2.
