PITT-GREENSBURG CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT W&J INVITATIONAL

The Pitt-Greensburg cross country competed in a race for the first time in nearly a month as it ran in the Washington and Jefferson Inviational Friday afternoon. 

Junior Daniel Spanenr put together a top-15 finish as the junior placed 14th, finishing with a time of 30:31.11. Junior Elsayed Abbass and freshman Dean Walters also put together strong race, placing 30 and 34th respectively. Abbass finished in 30th (34:46.72), while Walters completed the course in 36:21.87. 

In the women's race, senior Kelsey Oddis race again paced the Bobcats with a time of 22:43.85, which was good enough for 27th place, and right behind the senior was sophomore Colleen Murphy (27:50.45), who cross the finish line in 44th position.
