ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team shot 50.9 percent from the floor to defeat Chatham 78-64 in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon in the Junker Center.

* The Lions rallied back from an 11-point deficit, outscoring Chatham 39-20 in the second half to hand the Cougars their first loss of the season
* Behrend held Chatham scoreless for six minutes spanning from the end of the second quarter and four minutes into the third
* The Lions went on an 8-0 run to take the lead for good in the third off a Rachel Majewski (Erie, PA/Villa Maria Academy) three pointer at 47-44
* Behrend went 29-for-57 from the field and shot 61.5 percent in the third quarter
