Men's Basketball Overwhelmed by Bobcats

Greensburg, Pa – The Bethany College men's basketball team traveled to Greensburg, Pa for a non-conference tilt against the Pitt-Greensburg Bobcats Saturday afternoon. GAME OVERVIEW

Bethany and Pitt-Greensburg exchanged buckets to start the game. After Neshawn Brown knotted the game at 4-4, the Bobcats went on a run to take and build a commanding lead over the Bison. An Albert layup cut the lead to 28-16 at the 11:01 mark of the first half. Khalil Wilson scored six straight points for the Bison with under seven minutes left in the half cutting the Bobcat lead, 39-26. The Bison attempted to gain momentum and cut the deficit in the second half, but could not get the stops needed. After a bucket from Dalton Hamrick, a Wilson free throw, and a Dylan Furlong layup, the Green and White were held scoreless until the 13:20 mark when Albert muscled in a layup.
