Fisher got the nod in the pitching circle and pitched a complete game for the Lions to record her fourth victory of the season. The right-hander yielded four earned runs while striking out four batters.

Pitt-Bradford put two runs on the board in the bottom of the first, thanks to Lindsay Steele's fielder's choice and Hannah Fisher's single that each drove in a run.

Penn State Altoona answered with a pair in the next half inning. Lauck started the inning by being hit by a pitch, and Storm's single through the left side put two runners aboard for the Lions. Maynard followed with a two-run double to center, evening the score at 2-2.

The Lions capitalized with two outs in the top of the fourth to jump ahead, as Lauck's two-run single with two away gave Penn State Altoona a 4-2 lead.

Pitt-Bradford made it a one-run game on Faith McLaughlin's two-out RBI single in the bottom of the fourth, but the Lions struck again with two outs in the top of the fifth to widen their lead, as Hoppel's two-run base hit gave Penn State Altoona a 6-3 advantage.

The Panthers tied the score at 6-6 in the bottom half of the fifth inning, using a two-run single up the middle by Sadie Wood and a two-out RBI base hit into center from Chloe Cordova to knot the score at six runs apiece.

However, Penn State Altoona responded swiftly again to reclaim the lead. In the top of the sixth, Feathers led off the frame with a home run to left field that put her team back on top. After a walk by Storm and infield single by Maynard, Lucas homered to left to increase the Lions' lead to four, 10-6.

Penn State Altoona added one more runs to its total in the top of the seventh. Colledge led off the inning by reaching on an infield throwing error, and two batters later, Lauck's two-out double to left made it 11-6.

Pitt-Bradford put the leadoff runner aboard in the bottom of the seventh, but Fisher was able to induce a double play to erase the runner, and one more groundout ended the game for the Lions.
