    Penn State Behrend senior Brianna Lundy has been named the 2020 AMCC Bowler of the Year. Lundy led the AMCC with a 94.11% PCPI, leading by more than five percent.

    Lundy led the AMCC over the weekend with a 193.56 average. Lundy helped the Lions secure a spot in the AMCC Championship for the first time in program history, pushing the team to six AMCC wins this past weekend. Lundy had four games over 200. Her highest score of the weekend was 235 in a win over D'Youville followed by a 225 in a win over Hilbert.

    The Medaille College women's bowling team claimed their third consecutive AMCC Regular Season Title after going 8-1 this weekend in the second round robin of the season, and 16-2 overall in conference play this season.

    Wallace led the Gothic Knights in a loaded field at the Hawk Flight Invite over the weekend. Wallace recorded two monster games of 245 and 232 back-to-back in the traditional format, averaging a 184.00 in 13 total matches for the weekend. The 245 and 232 were both career highs.
  • Jessica Guesman, Saint Vincent College, Women's Bowling

    Guesman set a pair of school records on Saturday, leading SVC to a sweep on the road at Pitt-Bradford. Her 279 was the highest single game in the history of the third-year program, and her two game total of 469 was also a school record. The Bearcats as a team set school records for a two-game traditional total. The team averaged over 180 for the afternoon with Guesman posting a 22.2 average overall, including Baker frames.
  • Savannah Prather, Mount Aloysius College, Women's Bowling

    Prather had the highest Baker average of all AMCC bowlers for the week, during her performance at the James Brown Invitational where the Mounties competed in 13 matches over the weekend. Prather, with a Baker average of 19.7, was the only AMCC bowler with a Baker average over 19, while also finishing in the top five of every category that was charted. In the Traditional format, she finished with a 184 average and a single game high of 225. In the tournament Baker format on Sunday, Prather had an impressive 20.2 average in the 18 frames she bowled.

    Conrad helped the Mavericks to a 6-5 record over the weekend at the Wildcat Classic. With a monumental victory over Sacred Heart in which Conrad bowled a team tournament high and new career best of 256. Conrad finished the week with a 17.88 baker frame average.
  • Dani Koehler, Saint Vincent College, Women's Bowling

    Koehler led the Bearcats to a perfect 9-0 record in the first AMCC Round Robin tournament of the season. She threw 40 strikes in 70 attempts (57.1%), including a 68.6 strike percentage in the 10th frame. Overall, her Baker average for the weekend was 20.69.
  • Ashley Kennedy, La Roche University, Women's Bowling

    Kennedy excelled at last weekend's three-day invitational hosted by Saint Francis University which consisted of four Division I schools, two Division II schools and three Division III schools. In day two of the Red Flash invite, Kennedy finished 9th out of 59 individual competitors, totalling 929 pins in five traditional games, an average score of 185.8 per game. Kennedy was the only D-III student-athlete to finish in the top 10. On Saturday, against undefeated, nationally ranked #13 Mount St. Mary's, Kennedy bowled the highest score in the match, totalling 210 pins, her best mark of the tournament. On the week, Kennedy averaged an 18.54 per frame score in traditional play (1st in AMCC) and 14.84 in Baker format.
  • Carla Hansen, Medaille College, Women's Bowling

    Hansen was a force for the Mavericks this weekend. After nearly two months off of competition Hansen picked up right where she left off, as the Mavs traveled to the Northeast Invitational, taking part in 13 matches over the course of three days. On day one, Hansen had an 18.88 Baker frame average over the 49 frames she bowled in. Day two was more of the same for Hansen, as she bowled a team-high for the day, a 227 against Delaware State. On the final day of the event, Hansen had the second-highest baker frame average on the team (18.2). Hansen also bowled in a whopping 139 frames for the Mavericks over the weekend.

    Christman led the Bearcats to a 3-game sweep over La Roche at Hillview Lanes in Greensburg. After struggling early, she regrouped to lead the team in the traditional game (15.70), then performed well in Baker play with an 18.21 per frame average as SVC improved to 27-4 on the season.
  • Olivia Emmonds, Saint Vincent College, Women's Bowling

    Emmonds led the team in scoring for the week as the Bearcats went 6-3. A freshman, Emmonds shot traditional games of 195 and 198, helping her to a conference-best 186 average for the week in traditional games. Her overall average for the week, including Baker games, was 18.09.
  • Makenzie Yesis, Medaille College, Women's Bowling

    Yesis had her best weekend of her freshman campaign, leading the Mavs in traditional average (19.80) and adding on a solid 17.26 Baker average. Yesis bowled a weekend-high 235 against Caldwell and provided consistent results for Medaille at the three-day Wildcat DII-DIII Invitational.

    Hansen led the Mavericks to their second consecutive tournament championship as they won the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational last weekend, where she was also named to the all-tournament team. On the week she had a 34% strike percentage and had a league-best three successful split pickups to go along with an (81.8%) make-able spare conversion rate. In 50 frames, she averaged 17.27 in Baker play and averaged 187 in the traditional format.
  • Sarah Radt, Medaille College, Women's Bowling

    Radt was dominant in the Mavericks home tournament this past weekend, leading her team to a 10-0 record. Radt led the Mavs in Baker average with a 19.74 and posted a solid 185 average in traditional format. Radt earned all-tournament team honors and helped lead the Mavs to claiming their first tournament win on the year.
  • Dani Koehler, Saint Vincent College, Women's Bowling

    Koehler got the Bearcats off to a quick start for the season, helping the team to 3-0 wins over PSU-Altoona and La Roche, bowling from the anchor position. Against PSU-Altoona, she had a Baker average of 22.25, and threw a 233 traditional game against La Roche, including six strikes in a row early in the game.
  • Savannah Prather, Mount Aloysius College, Women's Bowling

    Prather led the Mounties to a 4-0 record against AMCC competition this past week. Prather anchored the Mount Aloysius bowling team in both the traditional and baker format in their dual match against AMCC foe, La Roche University. She rolled a 23.4 Baker frame average for the five-game Baker match and a 168 traditional average. Prather rolled seven strikes in 10 frames of Baker bowling and had a 100% spare conversion ratio. Mount Aloysius went 2-0 on the day. She also helped the Mounties defeat Penn State Altoona on Sunday afternoon with a 147 traditional average and 15.2 Baker average. In the two dual matches combined, Prather averaged 157.5 in the team match scoring and a 19.3 in Baker play as the Mounties went 4-0.
  • Liz Minnard, Medaille College, Women's Bowling

    Minnard was a key piece for the Mavericks in their opening tournament of the 2019-20 season. Minnard finished with a total average of 185.9 and a baker average of 17.0. Minnard helped her team go 8-5 at the Columbia 300 Penguin Classic over the weekend. Minnard was one of the highlighted bowlers in each of their victories over nationally ranked opponents, including #16 Saint Francis and #6 Arkansas State. They knocked down #16 Saint Francis twice and avenged their NCAA loss to #6 Arkansas State with a 914-876 win with the help of Minnard.
