Abby Rosman, Pitt-Greensburg, Women's Tennis
October 10, 2022Rosman has not dropped a match since the first competition of the season, and went 3-0 in both singles and doubles action last week. She picked up wins at the No. 3 singles position against La Roche (6-0 6-0), Saint Vincent (6-0, 6-0), and Washington & Jefferson (6-2, 6-1). Rosman also collected W's at No. 2 doubles, going 8-0, 8-1, and 8-2 against the same opponents. -
Jayna Baer, Penn State Behrend, Women's Tennis
October 03, 2022Baer went undefeated without giving up a set point in both conference matches in singles and doubles competition. She blanked her opponents at No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles. For the week, she posted a 3-1 record at both singles and doubles. -
Abby Rossman, Pitt-Greensburg, Women's Tennis
September 26, 2022Rossman broke the program record for career doubles wins over the weekend. Rosman went 2-0 (in both singles and doubles) on the weekend with one of those wins being an AMCC win. Rosman has not dropped a doubles match with any partner yet this season. -
Erica Jasinksi, Penn State Behrend, Women's Tennis
September 19, 2022Jasinski went undefeated (3-0) in singles action for the Lions this week, helping the team post a 2-1 record. The senior was a double winner in the top spots in the AMCC match against Altoona. Jasinski won in a tiebreaker set at No. 1 singles and also recorded an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles. -
Emily Ruhlman, Pitt-Greensburg, Women's Tennis
September 12, 2022Ruhlman dominated tough competition for the first two AMCC matches of the season. She defeated Behrend's No. 1 after falling behind 0-40 twice, as she went on to win 6-3, 6-1 after picking up the 8-3 win in doubles plage. Ruhlman also earned victories in the top spots against Penn State Altoona, as she got the 8-2 doubles victory before going on to earn a 6-2, 6-2 victory in singles play.
