Baseball Wraps Up Spring Break Trip with 14-5 Win Over La Roche
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.- The Eastern Nazarene College baseball team extended its winning-streak to four straight games, defeating La Roche 14-5 Thursday in its final game at the Ripken Experience.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- La Roche tallied one run in the top of the first inning to snag a 1-0 edge.
- Eastern Nazarene manufactured a pair of runs in the bottom of the frame to claim a 2-1 lead. Jaime Roldan (Boston, Mass.) roped a double to drive in Shane McNamara (Londonderry, N.H.). Eduardo Labour (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) scorched a single up the middle to plate Jaime Roldan from second base.
- The Redhawks responded with three runs in the second to jump ahead 4-2.
- The Lions produced five runs in the fourth inning to capture a 7-4 advantage. Brandon Guerrero (Boston, Mass.), Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.), and Tyler Bean (Wellington, Fla.) each drew bases-loaded walks as Eduardo Labour (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.), and Juan Jacobo Lopez (San Diego, Calif.) all crossed the dish. Brandon Guerrero (Boston, Mass.) scurried home from third on an RBI groundout by Shane McNamara (Londonderry, N.H.). Ruddy Vidal (Barahona, Dominican Republic) lifted a sacrifice fly to plate Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) from third base.
- Eastern Nazarene tacked on two runs in the fifth to widen the margin to 9-4. Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) laced a one-out triple down the left field line to knock in Juan Jacobo Lopez (San Diego, Calif.) and Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.).
- The Lions added a run in the sixth to stretch their lead to 10-4 as Anderson Jimenez (Lowell, Mass.) drove in Jaime Roldan (Boston, Mass.) with an RBI groundout.
- Eastern Nazarene plated one run in the home half of the seventh to expand the gap to 11-4. Jaime Roldan (Boston, Mass.) doubled down the right field line to score Shane McNamara (Londonderry, N.H.).
- La Roche picked up a run in the top of the eighth inning to trim the deficit to 11-5.
- The Lions capped off the scoring with three runs in the bottom of the eighth frame to push their advantage to 14-5. Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) collected his team-leading 14th RBI of the spring as he raked his second triple of the game to plate Brandon Guerrero. Frank Landeiro (Orlando, Fla.) scampered home on a double-steal as Tyler Bean (Wellington, Fla.) swiped second base. Jaime Roldan (Boston, Mass.) picked up his third RBI of the game with a double to score Tyler Bean (Wellington, Fla.).
