  • Sasha Mohoruk, Penn State Altoona, Men's Soccer (Defensive)

    Mohoruk tied the Penn State Altoona men's soccer program's single-game saves record on Thursday night, stopping 16 shots between the pipes to help the Lions earn their first win of the season, a 1-0 shutout of Saint Vincent on the road.
  • Louis Bez, Mount Aloysius College, Men's Socer (Offensive)

    Bez exploded offensively for the Mounties, propelling them to their victory against Bethany in a 1-1 week. Following a tough 2-1 loss to Geneva, Bez scored all three goals in Saturday's victory, jumping into the AMCC top five in goals scored. His three goals in less than 60 minutes combined gave the Mounties a 3-0 lead, before Bethany added a goal in the final minute. Bez's six points also pushed him up to fourth in the AMCC with seven total points on the season.
  • Mya King, Pitt-Bradford, Women's Soccer (Offensive)

    King had a huge week for the Panthers, scoring five goals while adding four assists in a 2-0 week. She scored a first-half hat trick and added two assists in the victory over Penn State-Beaver, and then scored or assisted on four of five second half goals in the Panther's 5-0 win over Thiel. She is currently sixth in the nation in points per game at 4.20.
  • Axel Tamm, Mount Aloysius College, Men's Soccer (Defensive)

    Tamm earned a tie in his Mountie debut on Saturday against Juniata. He tallied three saves and allowed just one goal, stopping 75% of the shots he faced.
  • Eric Fowler, Carlow University, Men's Soccer (Offensive)

    Fowler scored a brace in Carlow's shutout of Mont Alto Sept. 4, as the Celtics won the game 3-0. 
  • Juan Camacho, Mount Aloysius College, Men's Soccer (Offensive)

    Camacho began his senior campaign on fire. Trailing 3-0 in their first game of the season, with just 15 minutes remaining, Camacho scored twice on penalty kick goals, to cut the lead to 3-2. Then with just over seven minutes remaining, he scored the game-tying goal before following that up less than a minute later with the game-winning goal, scoring four goals in less than eight minutes of game time and setting a new program single game record. Camacho finished the weekend with two more goals in the Mounties' loss to Buffalo State, earning him honors on the All-Tournament team.
