Madison Snayczuk, Alfred State College, Women's SwimmingJanuary 30, 2023Snayczuk was part of three first place finishes and one second place finish in a tri-meet against SUNY Brockport and Fredonia. Snayczuk won the 50 free (25.64) and placed second in the 200 free (2:06.65), while also placing first in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay.

Anna Ivery, Alfred State College, Women's SwimmingJanuary 23, 2023Ivery competed in four events and earned four first place finishes against Hartwick College on Saturday. She was a key compnent in the slim 150-125 win for the Pioneers. Ivery earned first place finishes in the 200 yard medley relay, the 100 yard backstroke, the 50 yard freestyle, and the 100 yard freestyle.

Isabella Cercone, Pitt-Bradford, Women's SwimmingJanuary 16, 2023Cercone picked up 27 individual points as the Panthers fell to Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday, as she recorded wins in three individual races, while also contributing to a second place relay finish. Cercone easily won both breaststroke events, taking the 100 with a time of 1:15.13, and the 200 in 2:44.55. She also won a tight 100-yard freestyle, winning in 27.56 by .14 seconds. Cercone also swam the anchor leg in the Panthers 200-yard freestyle relay, posting a split of 27 seconds flat.

Grace Dangelo, Penn State Altoona, Women's SwimmingDecember 12, 2022Dangelo had three individual first place finishes and was part of a relay second place during her team's victory over non-conference foe Lycoming on Friday night. She won the 50 Yard Backstroke (29.44), 50 Yard Butterfly (27.89), and the 100 Yard IM (1:04.25) while combining with her teammates to take second place in the 200 Yard Medley Relay (1:57.65).

Grace Dangelo, Penn State Altoona, Women's SwimmingDecember 05, 2022Dangelo had a team-high three first place finishes in Penn State Altoona's victory at AMCC opponent Penn State Behrend on Saturday. Her first win of the day came in the 200 Yard IM, during which she clocked in at 2:21.24 to finish atop the standings. Dangelo later won the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 1:02.72, and she wrapped up her three-win day by taking first place in the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 1:14.99.

Mallory O'Keefe, Alfred State College, Women's SwimmingNovember 21, 2022O'Keefe set five records, including three relay and two individual records, at the three day Oberlin Invitational. The Pioneers finished fifth in the 200 Free Relay, a new school record of 1:40.36. The Pioneer 500-freestyle school record was broken by O'Keefe, swimming a 5:16.56, good for a second place finish. The Alfred State 400 Medley Relay team got third place and broke the record swimming a time of 4:07.30. The 200 Medley Relay team swam a 1:50.96 record time. O'Keefe broke her own record in the 100 fly, finishing with a time of 59.94.

Isabella Cercone, Pitt-Bradford, Women's SwimmingNovember 07, 2022Cercone stood out for the Panthers last week as she won all five of her individual races in a pair of dual meets against Alfred and Penn State Behrend. Against Alfred, she won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:17.06 and the 100-yard butterfly in 1:09.91. In the long format meet against Penn State-Behrend she won the 200-free with a time of 2:11.60, the 50 free in 26.96 seconds and the 200-breaststroke in 2:52.14. She also posted the best relay legs for the Panthers, anchoring the 200-freestyle relay with a time of 27.35 against Alfred and then posting a 1:00.59 in the 400-freestyle relay against the Lions. Her split against Penn State-Behrend was the fastest in the race.

Emma Merrick, Alfred State College, Women's SwimmingOctober 31, 2022Merrick won three events for Alfred State against conference rival Penn State Behrend, including the 200 IM (2:25.29), the 100 fly (1:05.49) and the 200 breaststroke (2:40.08).

Emma Webster, Penn State Behrend, Women's SwimmingOctober 24, 2022Webster led the Lions with two first place finishes against Westminster on Saturday. Webster came in first place in the 100 backstroke (1:06.14) and the 200 backstroke (2:20.39).

Avery Heisey, Penn State Altoona, Women's SwimmingOctober 17, 2022Heisey had three individual first place finishes and was also part of a relay first place for the Lions during their 168-69 win at W&J on Saturday. The senior prevailed in the 50 Yard Freestyle, recording a time of 26.75, then won the 100 Yard Freestyle in 59.40. Avery pulled off the trifecta with a first place finish in the 50 Yard Butterfly, hitting the pad at 29.64. She was also part of the first place 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team that totaled a time of 1:47.46.
