    Cristofanelli had a strong week for the Spartans in their first loss of the season. Cristofanelli scored three goals with seven draw controls, two ground balls, and five shots on goal against Fredonia. She is second on the team in goals and tied for second in points.

  • Jordyn James, D'Youville College, Women's Lacrosse (Defensive)

    James has had an excellent start to her career, helping the women go 2-0. In her first career start on Tuesday, James made 13 saves in the 18-12 win over Houghton. She then allowed just three goals in the 17-3 rout of Elmira on Saturday where she made eight saves and had a 72.7 save percentage. James currently ranks first in the conference in save percentage (58.3) and goals against (15), and is second saves (21).
  • Riley Riedel, D'Youville College, Women's Lacrosse

    Riedel has had a dominate start to begin the 2020 season. In the team's season opener on Tuesday against Houghton, Riedel had a career performance. She scored five goals with four assists to go with four draw controls, three caused turnovers, and two ground balls in the 18-12 victory. She then followed up with a six goal and one assist performance in the 17-3 rout of Elmira on Saturday. Riedel also contributed eight draw controls, seven ground balls, and caused four turnovers in the win. Riedel leads the team with 16 points, 11 goals, five assists, nine ground balls, and is tied for first in caused turnovers with seven and is tied for first in shots with 16. Of the 16 shots she has taken, 15 of them are on goal. She currently ranks first in the conference in conference in points, assists, is tied for first in shots, and is second in goals.
