WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS RANKED IN NATIONAL STATISTICS

The AMCC has placed five student-athletes in the top 50 nationally in the following statistical categories for games through September 28.  Additionally, Franciscan has been ranked nationally for digs per set. In addition to the individual statistical leaders, Franciscan University is ranked second nationally in team statistics in digs per set with 21.09.

  • Emily Frye (PS-Altoona) is currently ranked second nationally for digs in a five-set match. She recorded her individual game high of 51 digs in a September 3 victory over Grove City College.
  • Tori Pernell (La Roche) is tied for ninth place for blocks per set with 1.03 and 29th for total blocks with 63.
  • Taylor McMillen (Pitt-Bradford) is tied for 31st in total kills with 238.
  • Samantha Kelly (Franciscan) is tied for 43rd for digs per set with 5.35.
  • Hannah Johnson (Medaille) currently stands in 50th place for total digs with 313.
