WRESTLER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford SO Braedon Johnson had an impressive debut in a Pitt-Bradford uniform, as he picked up three victories by pins in the AMCC Quad meet this weekend, wrestling in the 141 lb weight class. He started the day with a fall at 1:23 in the Panthers' win over Hiram. He followed this up with his second straight pin, winning his match in 1:29 in the victory over Penn State-Behrend. Finally, he closed the event with his most impressive bout of the day in the Panthers' loss to Alfred State. He pinned Alfred State's 2022 National Championship qualifier in just 41 seconds to give Pitt-Bradford a then 12-6 lead.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State SO Sean Malenfant went 3-0 with three pinfall victories in the AMCC Quad Meet. Malenfant was a key factor in the Pioneers sweeping the event. He helped the Pioneers beat Hiram 42-6, Behrend 51-4 and Bradford 34-18.
