BOWLER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Greensburg FR Natalie Coughenour was named tournament MVP of the Br. Pat Lacey Memorial Invitational this Saturday. She averaged a 200.80 with a game-high of 213.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Alvernia FR Emily Huntley helped Alvernia place ninth in the field of 16 against many nationally ranked teams this past weekend at the Mount Shootout, as she recorded a 19.78% frame average during baker and 21.94% frame average during traditional team games, averaging 219.4 to place eighth individually overall...Saint Vincent FR Skyy Nicholls led the Bearcats in scoring for the third straight week, as the team went 7-1 including a tournament victory in the Br. Pat Lacey Tournament, as she made the All-Tournament Team in the BPL Memorial, finishing second overall (192.8), shooting 223 in the Championship match against Daemen...PS-Altoona SR Chloe Mazza was the Lions' top bowler in Saturday's Br. Pat Lacey Memorial Tournament, leading her team in both pins (866) and average (173.2 per game) in five games, while rolling Penn State Altoona's high score on the day with a 211 against BWU and finishing 11th out of 47 bowlers in total pinfall...Hilbert SR Ashley Dixon, the Hawks' lone senior, stepped up again to lead the team to their best finish this year, beating Pitt-Behrend in match play position round...New Jersey City SR Rebecca Hoff was a standout all day on Saturday in traditional competition, bowling five games of at least 203, topping out at 235 against Norfolk State. She bowled a 211 in the win over Chestnut Hill College, followed by a 203 against host and #13-ranked Mount Saint Mary University, closing out her day with a 225 in the loss to #RV Mercyhurst University.
