RADT NAMED THREE-TIME BOWLER OF THE YEAR AS ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM IS ANNOUNCED

Medaille University senior Sarah Radt has been named the AMCC Bowler of the Year for the third year in a row. Radt led the AMCC as the top bowler in traditional scoring with a 19.013 average and Baker scoring with a 19.432 average. Her total scoring average slots her in first in AMCC matches with a 19.241 frame average out of 869 frames. She also led the AMCC in frame fill percentage (82.4%), strike percentage (42.4%), single pin spares (90.0%), and first ball average pinfall (8.877) among other stats. Radt was a five-time AMCC Bowler of the Week and holds the highest PCPI with a 95.309%.

Saint Vincent College freshman Abby Justice has been tabbed as the Newcomer of the Year. Justice had a strong freshman season, leading the team in scoring in all competitions with an average of 183. She finished fourth in the conference in scoring in AMCC events with an average of 18.48 per frame. She also finished sixth in the conference in PCPI for AMCC events, the highest among all freshmen. She earned an AMCC Player of the Week award and was named to the All-Tournament Team for the Br. Pat Lacey Memorial. For the season, Justice led the team in spare percentage and was second in strike percentage.

Coach of the Year honors goes to Penn State Behrend head coach Steve Benke. Benke guided the Lions to a 15-5 record this season, improving upon a 9-7 record a season ago. They entered the AMCC Championship Tournament as the #3 seed, the highest seed in program history.
