AMCC TEAMS, INDIVIDUALS RECOGNIZED BY NTCA FOR HIGH ACADEMIC HONORS

The National Tenpin Coaches Association recognizes NCAA bowling programs that excel academically each year. Individuals who achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.4+ and teams that earn a cumulative GPA of 3.2+ during the 2020-21 academic year are identified as NTCA All-Academic bowlers.

AMCC teams that received NTCA All-Academic Honors include Hilbert College (3.410), La Roche University (3.366), Medaille College (3.293), Mount Aloysius College (3.575), Medaille College (3.293) Penn State Altoona (3.300), Penn State Behrend (3.293), and Saint Vincent College (3.295).

The following individuals were also named to the NTCA All-Academic Team:
Hilbert: Ashley Dixon, Ashley Forbes, Kaitlyn Barone, Mattison Arnett, Victoria Kurdziel. 
La Roche: Ashley Kennedy, Ashley Krivansky, Isabelle Orange, Kayla Hatzis
Medaille: Brianna Thurston, Carla Hansen, Janelle Pezzimenti, Kendyll Jaskier, Mackenzie Derleth, Paige Herndon, Sarah Radt
Mount Aloysius: Chloe Fisher, Kaitlyn Klein, Megan Weaver, Michelle Bello, Shannon Broadfoot
Penn State Altoona: Breanna Yarnall, Chloe Mazza, Kaitlyn Estright
Penn State Behrend: Hali Hartley, Hayley Felton, Isabella Pilyih
Saint Vincent: Abigail Kyle, Jacklyn Koehler, Kaitlyn Morrison, Mercedes Belch

A record 59 bowling programs across the country achieved a cumulative team GPA of 3.2 or higher with Morgan State University bowlers earning the highest cumulative grade point average of 3.840 this academic year.  385 honorees, representing 63 institutions, achieved a 3.4 or higher and All-Academic recognition.
