PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Medaille MB Sam Bloomberg played arguably the best volleyball of his career this weekend, helping the Mavericks go 2-0 and capture their second straight NEAC Tournament Championship. On Saturday against Keuka College, Bloomberg had seven kills, three digs, and four total blocks helping Medaille advance. On Sunday against the number two seeded Wildcats of SUNY Poly he was even better, hitting at a .500 clip and finishing with 10 kills, three digs, and four more total blocks. For his efforts, Bloomberg was named the Tournament's Most Valuable Player. 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend MH Josh Oertly helped the Lions defeat Hilbert, posting 15 kills on 27 attempts for a .481 hitting percentage while becoming the program's all-time leader in kills, finishing his career with 678 kills...PS-Altoona OH Brad Colditz led the Lions in kills with 11 in the team's 3-0 loss to SUNY Polytechnic in Saturday's NEAC semifinal, hitting at a .273 clip and adding one dig.
