PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo averaged 21.5 points on 59.3 percent shooting from the field and 5.5 rebounds in a pair of key road victories for Behrend. He became the program's all-time leading scorer with a game-high 30 points to go along with a team-high six rebounds at Hilbert on Wednesday. DiRienzo surpassed Russ Conley's (2009-13) 1,771 career points. On Saturday, he chipped in 13 points and five rebounds against Pitt-Bradford, giving the Panthers their first conference loss on the season.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State G Michael Miller led the Pioneers scoring 22.5 points per game and grabbing 10.5 rebounds per game, as he opened the week with his first career triple-double against Pitt-Bradford by putting in 15 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, he followed that with a 30 point-8 rebound outing against PS Altoona...PS-Altooona F Dwayne Jones helped propel the Lions to a 2-0 record on the week, finishing with 25 points, 10 rebounds, five blocks, four assists, and two steals in Saturday afternoon's victory over AMCC foe Alfred State, then on Sunday afternoon in a win over AMCC opponent Carlow, he finished with 18 points, six rebounds, five steals, four assists, and three blocks...Pitt-Greensburg F Trent Rozich averaged 21.5 points per game while shooting 80 percent from the free throw line and 60 percent from behind the arc while playing 39 minutes per game over two Bobcat wins...Hilbert G Quran Briggs delivered a stand out performance this week averaging an impressive 22.5 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.0 rebounds per game while shooting 52.9% from the field, 50.0% from three, and a flawless 100.0% from the free-throw line...Carlow G Byron Gaskins shot 50% from the field and averaged 16 points per game with nine total rebounds for the Celtics.
