PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mount Aloysius F Reggie Priah averaged 20 points and 9.5 rebounds per game on 63% shooting last week, leading the Mounties to a 2-0 record. Honored on Wednesday for reaching the 1,000 point mark in his career as a college athlete, Priah currently leads the AMCC in rebounds per game. Priah's 4.5 offensive rebounds per game this week exceeded his season average of 3.0, also good for top in the stat for the conference.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend G Tommy DiRienzo averaged 23.0 points and 4.5 rebounds per game in two games this past week, as he helped lead the Lions to a 77-59 win over Pitt-Bradford, finishing with 21 points before pouring in 25 points to go along with six rebounds against La Roche...La Roche G/F Isaiah Thomas was key to La Roche's 2-0 week, as he put together a team-high 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting, alongside three rebounds and a block as the Redhawks took down the Lions 71-69 in an overtime thriller on the road, he then followed that performance in Saturday's 74-69 victory on the road against Hilbert, scoring a team-best 18 points, while posting his first double-double of the season with 12 rebounds, three assists and another block...PS-Altoona F Mason Bush led the Lions' offense in a pair of AMCC games last week, as he tied for the game-high in points in a loss at MAC with 21 while adding two rebounds and one assist, he then finished with a team-high 18 points to go along with eight rebounds, three assists, and a block in a loss at ASC, as he averaged 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game on the week...Carlow G Oscar Contreras averaged 24.5 points in two conference games last week, as he landed a last-second three-pointer off an inbounds play to force the game against Mt. Aloysius into overtime Saturday...Pitt-Greensburg F Trent Rozich averaged 18 points per game and shot over 68 percent from the floor, while also averaging nine rebounds and 5.5 assists, he recorded a 2.8 assist to turnover ratio on the week with a high of 6.0 ratio coming against Carlow...Alfred State G Ryan Rosa led the Pioneers to a 2-0 week after averaging 16.0 ppg, 5.5 rpg, and 3.5 apg. He opened the week with an all around game against Wells. He tallied seven points, six rebounds, five assists, and one steal and block. He followed with a new career-high against Altoona. He scored 25 points including four threes while shooting 69.2 percent from the floor. Rosa also added five rebounds, two assists, and two steals...Hilbert F Eddie Perez led the Hawks to a 1-1 record last week, averaging 20.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game, as he paced the Hawks in a 70-56 win over Pitt-Bradford with 18 points and six rebounds, then followed that up with 23 points and nine rebounds against first place La Roche.
