PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mount Aloysius G Will Hagwood finished the season dominating both ends of the court. In his last two games, he averaged 37.5 points and 17 rebounds, while shooting 50% from the field and 42% from three. The 6-0 sophomore guard played 41 minutes per game and scored a career-high 51 points and grabbed 19 rebounds, while also adding six assists and four steals, in the Mounties' overtime loss to Hilbert on Saturday. It was his sixth double-double in AMCC play, bringing him to second in scoring and first in rebounding in the league. Earlier in the week, against Pitt-Greensburg, Hagwood scored 24 points, hauled in 15 rebounds, dished out four assists, and snagged a steal. For the week, Hagwood averaged 37.5 points, 17.0 rebounds,5.0 assists and 2.5 steals.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert F Jahmel Demery averaged a double-double this week in two critical AMCC wins for Hilbert College, as he poured in 16 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in a 19-point come from behind victory Wednesday at Pitt-Bradford, he then stepped up again in Saturday's OT thriller against Mount Aloysius College with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while also chipping in in with three assists, three steals, and a pair of blocked shots for the week...PS-Altoona G/F Druw Harman had another consistent week for the Lions at both ends of the court in a 1-1 week of AMCC play, as he finished with 16 points, eight rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one block in Wednesday night's loss to La Roche, he followed that up by posting 19 points, eight rebounds, four steals, two blocks, and one assist in a road win at Pitt-Bradford on Saturday...Pitt-Bradford F Gavyn Mason had a career week for the Panthers despite a pair of close losses, as he averaged a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds, to go along with 1.5 assists, 1.5 blocks and a steal per game...Pitt-Greensburg G JoJo France averaged 17 points per game last week, with a high of 20 points against Mount Aloysius, as he shot over 41 percent from behind the arc and averaged over 31 minutes per game.
